log - 9.7.11

no booty call! making up for it tonight!

m1 - egg whites, tomatoes, red bell peppers, onions, black beans, fresh salsa. lite van waffle with i can't believe it's not butter.
m2 - lemon chobani, apple
m3 - TIU chicken salad on arnold wheat sandwich thin, red bell peppers.
m4 - carrots, spinach artichoke hummus. then some habanero bbq almonds.
seriously contemplated having some macaroni that my mom made for dinner and skipping the workout, but fought it!
40 min HIIT on treadmill, detention x 3! woop!
m5 - TIU chocolate peanut butter shake.

fighting the urge to get on the scale every day. once a week is enough to keep me on track but not cause me to be obsessive. fingers crossed that i'll be at 152 by monday! : )
