log - 9.1.11

no workouts today, sadly. didn't get home from a crazy day at the office until late. parked my butt on the couch and uploaded some pics on the blog. will make up for it this weekend.
m1 - multigrain cheerios, skim milk, vanilla chobani
m2 - lemon chobani, apple
m3 - turkey, lettuce, tomato, mayo, onion on wheat arnold sandwich thin. side of carrots. side of habanero bbq almonds.
m4 - cookie dough larabar
m5 - quinoa, olive oil, tomato, bell peppers, onions, shrimp..and a few handfuls of cheez-itz while cooking.

def haven't followed the TIU plan very closely this week, but still did wayyy better than i've been doing so not gonna beat myself up too much. ready to push hard this upcoming week.
