NOT a good day! ugh!

m1 - egg whites, black beans, tomatoes, peppers, onions, salsa. lite van waffle with i can't believe it's not butter.
2 brownies (thank you from a client), lemon chobani a few hours later.
baja fresh - soft chicken taco, side of rice, chips and salsa

could be worse, but i hate the feeling of not having control. looking forward to hitting the gym for a strength training class in the am, and then a run a little later.

no booty call! waking up to the rain and dark is not exactly motivating! ughhhh!

m1 - egg whites, black beans, tomaotes, peppers onions, salsa. lite van waffle with i can't believe it's not butter.
m2 - lemon chobani, apple.
m3 - TIU chicken salad on wheat arnold sandwich thin. red bell peppers.
m4 - carrots, spinach artichoke hummus.
week 2, day 1 of couch 2 5k program!
m5 - almond milk, chocolate protein, peanut butter

ugh so the purpose of me keeping this blog is to be honest, so i guess i'll come clean. sat on the couch for about an hour after my shake and felt like eating. had some chips, and then heated up some macaroni my mom made for dinner the other night. not proud, but honest..

seriously contemplated having some macaroni that my mom made for dinner and skipping the workout, but fought it!

fighting the urge to get on the scale every day. once a week is enough to keep me on track but not cause me to be obsessive. fingers crossed that i'll be at 152 by monday! : )

m1 - multigrain cheerios, almond milk, vanilla chobani (finished that damn box of cheerios..back to egg whites every morning tomorrow)
m2 - lemon chobani
m3 - turkey taco salad (99% ff ground turkey, taco seasoning, lettuce, tomato, red pepper, black beans, corn, fresh salsa)
m4/m5 - chocolate chip pancake with cookie dough frozen yogurt.

ugh i don't know why i can't get a grip on my eating lately. tuesday can't come soon enough!

m3 - tone it up chicken salad on arnold wheat sandwich thin, side of pretzels
m4 - pretzels and cheddar cheese while watching tv oops
didn't really have a dinner just picked on some more pretzels. ugh weekends are rough but i'm happy i got back to spin for the first time in a few weeks!

had a crazy day at work today, meals were a little out of whack..

m1 - multigrain cheerios, skim milk, vanilla chobani
m2 - lemon chobani, apple
over the course of the afternoon i had baby carrots, red bell peppers, and a cookie dough larabar
dinner was a turkey burger w lettuce and onion on a wheat arnold sandwich thin, and a side of broccoli with cheese. few handfuls of cheez-itz.

25 minute walk/jog after dinner.

no workouts today, sadly. didn't get home from a crazy day at the office until late. parked my butt on the couch and uploaded some pics on the blog. will make up for it this weekend.
m1 - multigrain cheerios, skim milk, vanilla chobani
m2 - lemon chobani, apple
m3 - turkey, lettuce, tomato, mayo, onion on wheat arnold sandwich thin. side of carrots. side of habanero bbq almonds.
m4 - cookie dough larabar
m5 - quinoa, olive oil, tomato, bell peppers, onions, shrimp..and a few handfuls of cheez-itz while cooking.

def haven't followed the TIU plan very closely this week, but still did wayyy better than i've been doing so not gonna beat myself up too much. ready to push hard this upcoming week.
