NOT a good day! ugh!
m1 - egg whites, black beans, tomatoes, peppers, onions, salsa. lite van waffle with i can't believe it's not butter.
2 brownies (thank you from a client), lemon chobani a few hours later.
baja fresh - soft chicken taco, side of rice, chips and salsa
could be worse, but i hate the feeling of not having control. looking forward to hitting the gym for a strength training class in the am, and then a run a little later.
