had a crazy day at work today, meals were a little out of whack..
m1 - multigrain cheerios, skim milk, vanilla chobani
m2 - lemon chobani, apple
over the course of the afternoon i had baby carrots, red bell peppers, and a cookie dough larabar
dinner was a turkey burger w lettuce and onion on a wheat arnold sandwich thin, and a side of broccoli with cheese. few handfuls of cheez-itz.
25 minute walk/jog after dinner.
