m1 - multigrain cheerios, almond milk, vanilla chobani (finished that damn box of cheerios..back to egg whites every morning tomorrow)
m2 - lemon chobani
m3 - turkey taco salad (99% ff ground turkey, taco seasoning, lettuce, tomato, red pepper, black beans, corn, fresh salsa)
m4/m5 - chocolate chip pancake with cookie dough frozen yogurt.
ugh i don't know why i can't get a grip on my eating lately. tuesday can't come soon enough!
