m1 - 2 van's lite waffles with i can't believe it's not butter, grapes
m2 - lemon chobani, apple
m3 - TIU chicken salad on arnold wheat sandwich thin, side of red peppers
m4 - pretzels and some cheddar cheese (oops!)
m5 - tilapia and asparagus with a little olive oil
fall challenge officially starts tomorrow! so pumped! BACK ON TRACK!
