i'm backkk

first blog post in 2+ months! hope everyone's been great! have def missed this beautiful team!

so a brief update - early september i met a great guy, the guy i've been hoping for for as long as i can remember. i'm happy, in love, and with that has come, you guessed it, a few extra pounds. long story short, he has a tough schedule and therefore too many nights, hanging out with him has taken priority over the gym, bigger dinners have replaced my protein shakes, and staying up late has definitely hindered my desire to get up for booty calls.

i've struggled with my weight, and therefore my self esteem, for literally my entire life. i can remember being in 4th grade telling my mom i wanted to go on a diet. this past summer i was in the best shape of my life, still with some work to do, but feeling the best i can remember ever feeling. can't help but think finally landing a great guy and finally having confidence in myself were no coincidence. i've not only put on some pounds but have definitely lost the muscle tone i worked so hard to acquire in first place. i am determined to never go back to being that self conscious girl i used to be. i love eating well and staying in shape and i can't let all my hard work go down the drain. i've only gained 7 lbs but as you girls can imagine, it feels like 40. from now on i'm making every effort to not only keep up with my work outs and healthy eating habits, but also with the tone it up team. i can't imagine a more motivating and inspiring group of women, and i'm upset with myself for losing touch over the course of 2 months. also, determined to keep up with my blogging and weight tracking, therefore keeping myself accountable.

goal weight for next monday - 158. totallllyyyy do-able!
