two alarms set and STILL didn't get up for my booty call! ugh! what is my problem!?!
am -
small coffee with FF hazelnut creamer
egg whites, turkey sausage crumbles, peppers, onions, tiny bit of low fat cheddar cheese, salsa
venti unsweeted iced coffee with skim milk and stevia (drank it all throughout the day)
snack -
lemon chobani, apple
lunch -
turkey on arnold wheat sandwich thin, olive oil mayo, lettuce, tomato, onion. side of baby carrots and side of habanero bbq almonds.
no pm snack
dinner -
snacked on tortilla chips while cooking, was starving. turkey burger on arnold wheat sandwich thin, slice of american cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, ketchup. side of corn. 3 pieces of raw cookie dough.
no workout at all today. not happy with myself, although i will say even though my eating wasn't great it's better than it's been in weeks.i was ravenous when i got home and ate wayy more than i planned on for dinner, which i know is bc i didn't drink nearly enough water today, not to mention no pm snack. goal is to be even better tomorrow. one day at a time!
